Director of Administration & Finance
Kate Eubank is Director of Administration & Finance at the Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities (VCIC), an organization that works with schools, businesses, and communities to achieve success through inclusion. In her role, she plans, organizes, and manages the operations, human resources, and financial aspects of VCIC.
Kate brings over a decade of experience in nonprofit management, finance, and fundraising to her work with VCIC. Before joining the organization, Kate served as the co-Executive Director of PFund Foundation, a community foundation advancing social justice for the LGBTQ community in the Upper Midwest. After moving to Richmond in 2015, Kate spent three years supporting the Hackman Consulting Group’s racial equity training work with nonprofits, schools, and businesses before joining VCIC in July of 2017.
Kate received her Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Oberlin College where she also devoted significant time to student organizing.
